IRTBA will be the recognized authoritative public voice and credible information source for the transportation design and construction industry in Illinois.

Strategies include:
  • Developing a marketing and public relations plan
  • Expanding legislative engagements
  • Developing timely and relevant talking points and organizational positioning statements for distribution as necessary to media and/or political candidate outlets
