IRTBA 40th Annual Golf Outing

ABOUT THE EVENT
The Annual IRTBA Golf Outing is the premier transportation golf event of the year, attended by hundreds of industry professionals. Network with industry's finest and to support the Association with an outing sponsorship! The outing features four courses at Cog Hill -- all with a shotgun start (with the exception of Dubsdread).
 

EVENT SCHEDULE
Tuesday, September 22, 2020
Open Registration 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM
All Inclusive On-Course Lunch at Halfway Houses
Shotgun Start: 11:00 AM SHARP
Golfing: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Shotgun golf will take approximately five to six hours to complete)
Tee Times will remain on Dubsdread, in increments between 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM.

REGISTRATION
Your golf registration fee includes your golf tee time, cart rental, and lunch at halfway house. Registration is now available.
**Hard copy registration will not be offered this year - only online registration will be accepted. Payment must be received in advance via the online registration option. As there will be no dinner offered this year, "Dinner Only" networking tickets will also not be sold this year.

EVENT & GUEST POLICIES

SAFETY: Cog Hill has a plan for a SAFE and FUN golf outing this year. Members in attendance are expected to practice safety protections in compliance with CDC and IDPH guidelines. Attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver at check-in.

VIRTUAL RAFFLE: Raffle tickets will not be sold at the event this year. In order to replace this source of revenue for the Road Builders Charities, Twenty Dollars ($20.00) from every golf registration will be donated to the RBC. The RBC is a 501(c)(3) charity, and donations are tax deductible. Every golfer will be automatically entered into a virtual raffle, with ten names announced prior to the shotgun start. Those individuals will be invited to participate in a putting contest following the golf outing. The winner of the putting contest will receive a generous cash prize. LIMIT ON FOURSOMES: Member firms are limited to registering for four (4) foursomes.

CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS must be received in writing before close of business on Wednesday, August 28, 2020. The deadline to replace golfer attendees is Wednesday, September 16, 2020. Any further changes will have to be made on-site at the event.

 

GUEST POLICY

IRTBA members are reminded that the Board of Directors has enacted a policy concerning guests at IRTBA events. No elected official may attend an IRTBA event without prior approval of the Board of Directors. IRTBA events are for MEMBERS, AGENCY GUESTS, and PRE-APPROVED PROSPECTIVE MEMBER GUESTS ONLY.
