Sustainability Council
The IRTBA Sustainability Council was established in 2008 to design, build, and promote sustainable infrastructure in Illinois.
Objectives:
- Build public awareness and education
- Research technical and regulatory aspects of projects
- Research and define a sustainability metric as it applies to design and construction in the transportation industry
- Form partnerships with a variety of both public and private agencies
Annual dues for IRTBA Sustainability Council membership are $100, in addition to regular dues. Member companies can join the Sustainability Council at any time.
